The Schuster Group collaborated with Community Roots Housing on their new planned workforce housing project, Jazz House, providing owner representation services during permitting, entitlement, and design development. We oversaw architect and contractor selection, contract negotiation, and subcontract management. Jazz House reflects our commitment to supporting non-profit organizations in creating impactful spaces.
