Vision: The Schuster Group’s vision for Muriel’s Landing was to develop a building that met a previously unmet demand for small, single-occupancy housing options for students and young professionals in the University District. We did so by designing innovative studio and 1-bedroom homes that incorporated built-in Murphy Beds, custom shelving, adequate storage, durable modern finishes and student-friendly amenities.This 100-unit building consisted of 62 studios and 38 1-bedroom homes ranging from 278-633sf.
