The Schuster Group partnered with the Port of Skagit, MAKERS Architecture, and PND Engineering to deliver a comprehensive analysis and planning package as part of an early master planning process for redevelopment of strategic commercial parcels of the La Conner marina. Services included market and demographic reporting, project feasibility studies, and conceptual design development. The project culminated in a Phase I Master Plan summary and presentation, equipping the client with actionable insights and a strategic foundation for development.
