The Schuster Group is providing full project management services for the Uplift Northwest Headquarters building, guiding the project from feasibility analysis through construction. Uplift Northwest is a Seattle-based non-profit that functions as a staffing organization supplying thousands of workers to diverse commercial and residential employers across the Puget Sound Region. Their mission revolves around serving the community by offering job training, dignified work opportunities, and support services to individuals facing poverty and homelessness. Our team managed design, permitting, consultant and contractor selection, grant support, and budget development, as well as providing ongoing construction and project management services.
