The Schuster Group Selected as Owner Representative for YouthCare’s Constellation Center

Seattle, WA – 3/5/2025 – The Schuster Group is honored to have been selected by YouthCare Seattle as the Owner Representative for their groundbreaking new project, the Constellation Center. Located at the corner of Broadway and Pine in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, this transformative development will serve as a centralized hub for young people experiencing homelessness, providing essential services, support, and housing opportunities.

The Constellation Center will span approximately 27,000 square feet across three stories, dedicated to YouthCare’s mission of empowering young people to build bright futures. In addition to YouthCare’s services, the development will include 84 units of affordable housing, created in partnership with Community Roots Housing, ensuring a holistic, community-driven approach to combating youth homelessness.

Since 1974, YouthCare has been a national leader in providing shelter, education, and workforce development for homeless and at-risk youth. The Constellation Center will embody their vision of a one-stop, community-based approach, making it easier for youth to access vital services and resources in a safe, supportive environment.
