Seattle, WA — 8/15/2025 — The Schuster Group is proud to announce its selection by Mt. Baker Housing Authority as the asset manager for The Maddux Apartments, a vibrant and community-centered affordable housing development located in the Othello neighborhood of Seattle.

The Maddux, completed in 2023, offers 203 affordable apartment homes and retail space, with a focus on sustainability, transit-oriented development, and long-term affordability. Mt. Baker Housing Authority selected The Schuster Group for their proven expertise in real estate asset management and their shared commitment to housing equity and neighborhood revitalization.
